This image shows an Autumnal background & Chantelle with a big grin on her face throwing leaves toward the camera.
Do you ever stop and wonder “how the hell did I end up here?”
I am now a full-time Holistic Coach and Movement Facilitator. It isn’t my side hustle anymore, it is my full-time gig. Sometimes I giggle at the curiosity of life and how I have ended up living in Berlin and building my own business.
Mindful Movement
today’s body: a concept I refer to a lot in my classes.
Mindful movement encourages movers to think about their needs in the present moment. Different from yesterday’s body and different from tomorrow’s body.
today’s body refers to the whole human experience in this flesh suit of ours. I believe all of our intricate systems are inextricably woven. today’s body includes the mind, it is all encompassing.

This is my philosophy of movement. The things that guide me in this space and how I ensure that I provide the most supportive environment for my clients. I share my experiences of wading through the depths of diet culture and the toxic fitness industry.
Defining Perfectionism
The image shows Chantelle smiling widely and holding her ponytail in a playful way.
How do we define perfectionism? And can perfectionism be healthy? I share my experience with perfectionism and how I learnt to define it for myself.
